Welcome to DIVERT Mental Health’s Second Annual National Hybrid Event (Inclusive Child & Youth Mental Health: Training for the Digital Age)!

The event will take place at the Second Student Centre on York University’s campus from 7:45am (registration) to 4:30pm EDT.

If you are driving and need to park your car:

Student Services Parking Garage:
84 James Gillies Street

Make your way to the ELC address (56 Fine Arts Rd). Once you arrive, the parking garage (student services parking garage) will be right across the street.

How to use your parking code:

PARKING CODE: (PLEASE CHECK YOUR EMAIL) — ZONE: #7728
(do not park in the basement of the garage!)

NOTE: If this parking code is not working, please proceed with payment and submit your receipt to DIVERT for reimbursement.

1. Download the HONK APP and set up your account.
2. Enter the parking zone number (#7728). Select the amount of time for your stay (hint: it’s safest to select the daily max)
3. Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account – you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. You will not require a payment method, as your promo code provides you with complimentary parking.
4. Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected – please ensure that your license plate number is correct.
5. In order to receive complimentary parking, click Add Promo and enter your promo code. Click Apply.
6. Click ‘Park for Free’ and you’re all set! You will receive an email receipt within minutes of your purchase, and your parking session details can always be found in the menu under ‘sessions’ and ‘receipts’

If you are walking from the ELC (or the parking garage):

Input the address into your Map application on your device for walking directions, or follow the walking instructions below:

1. After exiting building onto Fine Arts Road, turn right if you’re coming from ELC; turn left if you’re coming from the parking garage.
2. Walk down Fine Arts Rd and once you reach the sidewalk at the end of the road, continue walking straight onto Library Lane.
3. Follow Library Lane by taking a slight right and then the left at the fork.
4. The Second Student Centre will be the building you see after taking the left. Make your way up to the second floor!

If you are taking the TTC (subway):

Head to York University subway station (university line [yellow], one of the last subway stations North on the University side). When you come out of the York University subway station, you will be around a 4-minute walk to the Second Student Centre.

Input the address into your Map application on your device for walking directions, or follow the instructions below:

1. After exiting building onto York Blvd, cross the street.
2. Enter the walkway (so that you are walking inside, not on the sidewalk) and turn right (in the direction of the Golden Silo).
3. Once you get to the end of the hallway, turn left and exit onto the walkway towards Library Lane.
4. Follow Library Lane by taking a slight right at the fork.
5. The Second Student Centre will be the building you see after taking a right. Make your way up to the second floor!
