*This session will include live captioning from English into French.

This webinar will explore the mental health needs of youth with neurodevelopmental disabilities and the well-being of their caregivers. I will present emerging, evidence-informed approaches to addressing these challenges, with a focus on innovative and scalable strategies such as e-coaching and virtual reality. The session will highlight two ongoing projects — MindFlow Mastery and WE PLAY — which aim to support emotional regulation, resilience, and relaxation/meditation for youth and their caregivers.
