02 Information about getting to the dinner the evening of June 27th
The dinner will take place in the Schulich Private Dining Room

If you are staying in the Schulich hotel, make your way down to the dining room!
If you are driving and need to park your car:
Student Services Parking Garage:
84 James Gillies Street
Make your way to the ELC address (56 Fine Arts Rd). Once you arrive, the parking garage (student services parking garage) will be right across the street.
How to use your parking code:

(do not park in the basement of the garage!)
NOTE: If this parking code is not working, please proceed with payment and submit your receipt to DIVERT for reimbursement.
- Download the HONK APP and set up your account.
- To redeem two days parking (June 27th and 28th), click on NOW (next to Start Time) to set a duration.
- Follow the prompts to login or sign up for a HONK account – you will need an email address, mobile phone number and your license plate. You will not require a payment method, as your promo code provides you with complimentary parking.
- Once you are logged in, you will be directed back to the checkout page for the time and date you had selected – please ensure that your license plate number is correct.
In order to receive complimentary parking, click Add Promo and enter your promo code. Click Apply. - Click ‘Park for Free’ and you’re all set! You will receive an email receipt within minutes of your purchase, and your parking session details can always be found in the menu under ‘sessions’ and ‘receipts’
If you are taking the TTC (subway):
Head to York University subway station (university line [yellow], one of the last subway stations North on the University side). When you come out of the York University subway station, you will be around a 2-minute walk to the ELC (Hotel).

- After exiting building onto York Blvd, turn left.
- After reaching the crosswalk, turn right onto Ian Macdonald Blvd.
- Cross the crosswalk once more to your left.
- After crossing, turn right and continue down Ian Macdonald Blvd until you reach Fine Arts Rd.
- Turn left and walk towards the Schulich Hotel below. The building will be on your left, right before the sidewalk ends.
